How can we help?
For help with your account, an evaluation, a model answer, notes, practice questions or progress, email the Dablew support team. Use email—not a public channel—for personal account and privacy matters.

Problems with a PDF upload, processing status, an annotated answer or model-answer generation. For feedback on the assessment itself, you can also use “Was this evaluation useful?” on its saved evaluation page.
Notes and study progress
Help with notebook saves, photos, lists, tables, recovery drafts, Journal or Today’s Progress. To keep a list’s words without the dots, choose “Remove bullets”. If a save fails, keep the page open and export a backup before clearing browser data.
Questions and resources
Report an incorrect answer or explanation in a daily, sectional, NCERT-based, current-affairs or PYQ test, or a broken CSAT resource link. Include the test, question and your supporting source.
Privacy and stored data
Request access, correction or deletion of account data, answers, notes or stored photos. Removing a photo from a note is not permanent deletion of its uploaded file; specify what you want removed.
Content, abuse and security
Report copyright concerns, impersonation or a security issue privately. Do not access or disclose another user’s information. General feedback and partnership enquiries are welcome too.
Help us respond effectively
Write from your registered email address when asking about an account. Include the affected feature, approximate date and time, error message, and a screenshot where useful. For an evaluation, include its page link or question; for a note, include its title and paper. Hide unrelated personal information in screenshots. Never email your password, verification code, password-reset link, API key or payment credentials.
Check the save status before leaving Notes. The JSON export preserves note content and image references, not image files, so keep a separate copy of important photos. If you accidentally remove a block, use Undo while the control is available.
