DABLEW · TERMS
Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: 24 August 2026
1. The service
Dablew is an independently operated educational technology platform offering Civil Services preparation tools, which may include handwritten-answer PDF submission, optical character recognition, AI-assisted evaluation, annotated evaluated PDFs, model answers where applicable, daily Prelims questions, previous-year questions, progress views and a Discipline Dashboard.
Dablew is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the Union Public Service Commission, the Government of India or any other examination authority. “UPSC” and related references are used descriptively to identify the examination-preparation context.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and take responsibility for activity through your account. If you are under 18, you may use Dablew only with the permission and involvement of a parent or lawful guardian.
Do not create accounts for impersonation, evade restrictions, share verification or reset links, or allow unauthorised access. Notify support@dablew.in if you suspect misuse.
3. Educational and AI disclaimer
Scores, annotations, model answers, recommendations, summaries and other outputs are intended only to support learning. They may contain errors, omit relevant perspectives or differ from the judgment of a teacher, mentor or examiner. You should independently verify important factual and academic claims.
Dablew does not guarantee examination marks, selection, rank, academic improvement or any particular result. An AI-generated score is not an official UPSC score.
4. Your submissions
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You give Dablew a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, convert, extract text from, analyse, annotate and display that content as necessary to provide and secure the requested service.
You must have the right to upload the content. Do not upload confidential third-party information, unlawfully copied material, malicious files, or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Dablew for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, safety checks or access controls.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use automated accounts or submit the same work repeatedly to waste resources or manipulate results.
- Impersonate another person, submit abusive material or interfere with another user’s account.
- Use Dablew content or infrastructure to infringe copyright or other rights.
6. Dablew materials
The website design, software, branding, original question collections, generated presentation and other Dablew-provided materials are owned by or licensed to Dablew. Except for normal personal study use, you may not reproduce, sell or commercially distribute them without permission.
7. Third-party services
Dablew relies on third-party infrastructure and AI, authentication, cloud-storage, hosting and email providers. Their availability and processing may affect the service. Links to external resources do not constitute endorsement, and external services are governed by their own terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, add, restrict, suspend or discontinue features, introduce usage limits, or perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where practical, we will try to communicate material changes that significantly affect users.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful conduct, repeated abuse, non-payment for a paid feature, or violation of these terms. You may stop using Dablew and request account deletion by contacting support.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dablew is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees about examination outcomes, uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of automated outputs. Dablew will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on study guidance or interruption of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. Any mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Contact
Questions, notices and concerns may be sent to support@dablew.in. See the Contact page for additional guidance.
